Terms of Use
These terms are maintained by the Reti team. Reti is a prototype recovery companion — not a medical device — and this page is not a substitute for legal advice.
Not medical advice
Reti is designed to help you notice patterns and reach your support network. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always work with a qualified clinician for medical decisions.
In an emergency
Reti is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger of harming yourself or others, call your local emergency number (in the US, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or 911).
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
- Provide accurate information and use Reti only for lawful purposes.
- You must be old enough to consent to health-data processing where you live.
Your content
Everything you log in Reti belongs to you. By using the care-share feature you grant temporary read-only access to the people you invite, until you revoke the link or it expires.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be surfaced in-app. You can delete your account and data at any time from Privacy & data.
