Terms of Use
Version 1.1 · Last updated September 1, 2026
1. Not medical advice
Reti helps you notice patterns and reach your support network. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and its wearable readings — including alcohol and drug-metabolite estimates — are indicative signals, not clinical measurements. Always work with a qualified clinician for medical decisions.
2. In an emergency
Reti is not an emergency service and does not guarantee that alerts, SOS messages, or notifications will be delivered or seen. If you are in immediate danger of harming yourself or others, call your local emergency number — in the US, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911.
3. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 16 and able to consent to health-data processing where you live.
- Keep your login credentials safe and tell us promptly if an account is compromised.
- Provide accurate information and use Reti only for lawful purposes.
- One account per person; do not share logins with your care team — issue a share link instead.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload another person's health data without their consent.
- Do not attempt to access other members' records, probe, or disrupt the service.
- Do not resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service or its APIs.
- Device API keys are personal; rotate them if you suspect exposure.
5. Your content and sharing
Everything you log in Reti belongs to you. When you create a care-share link, you grant the recipient temporary read-only access to the sections you selected, until the link expires or you revoke it. You are responsible for who you send links to; we log every time a link is opened so you can check.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep Reti available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. Wearable syncing depends on your device and network, and maintenance or third-party outages can interrupt access.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reti and Lean Engineering are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on the app's readings, alerts, or AI reflections. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes are surfaced in-app before they take effect. You can delete your account and data at any time from Privacy & data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put other members at risk.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms: support@leanengineering.ai, or the support contact your care provider gave you.
